- Responsibilities

- Advanced Skin Analysis &
- Consultation:

Conduct detailed skin assessments, understand client concerns, evaluate skin conditions, and recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements and clinic protocols.

- Advanced Aesthetic Treatments: Perform professional facials, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation procedures, acne treatments, pigmentation treatments, anti-ageing services, and other aesthetic procedures according to qualifications, training, and authorized scope of practice.

- Client Conversion &

- Revenue Generation:

Convert consultations and enquiries into paid treatments by educating clients about suitable procedures, expected benefits, treatment plans, and available packages.

- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized skincare and treatment plans based on client concerns, skin type, treatment suitability, and professional assessment, referring cases to the doctor whenever medical evaluation is required.

- Sales &

- Package Promotion:

Recommend appropriate treatment packages, skincare products, and maintenance sessions to clients, contributing to clinic revenue and assigned sales targets without compromising ethical treatment recommendations.

- Client Follow-ups &

- Retention:

Follow up with clients after consultations and procedures, monitor progress, encourage repeat visits, manage rebooking, and build long-term client relationships.

- Client Education: Explain treatment procedures, preparation requirements, aftercare instructions, realistic outcomes, potential side effects, and the importance of following prescribed skincare routines.

- Treatment Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, skin analysis details, consent forms, treatment history, progress photographs where appropriate, and follow-up schedules in accordance with clinic policies.

- Equipment &

- Technology Handling:

Operate approved aesthetic equipment and skincare devices only when appropriately trained and authorized,



following manufacturer guidelines and clinic safety protocols.

- Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: Assess client readiness for treatments, identify contraindications within the scope of training, follow hygiene and safety protocols, and promptly escalate adverse reactions or concerns to the supervising doctor.

- Target &

- Performance Management:

Achieve assigned individual targets for client conversion, treatment bookings, package sales, repeat appointments, and client retention while maintaining high service standards.

- Product Knowledge &

- Recommendations:

Maintain strong knowledge of professional skincare products, active ingredients, treatment combinations, and home-care routines to provide suitable recommendations within the scope of practice.

- Customer Experience &

- Complaint Handling:

Deliver a premium client experience, address service-related concerns professionally, manage expectations, and coordinate with the clinic manager to resolve complaints.

- Clinic Coordination: Work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinic managers, and other team members to coordinate consultations, treatment schedules, client follow-ups, and continuity of care.

- Hygiene &

- Clinical Standards:

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and products in accordance with infection-control procedures, hygiene standards, and clinic SOPs.

- Upselling &

- Cross-selling:

Identify suitable additional services or maintenance treatments based on client needs and professional recommendations, ensuring that all suggestions are ethical and appropriate.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advanced cosmetology techniques, skincare innovations, aesthetic technologies, product knowledge, and treatment protocols through ongoing professional development.

- Professionalism &

- Confidentiality:

Maintain client privacy, accurate documentation, professional conduct, and compliance with clinic policies, safety requirements, and applicable professional regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
