ABOUT THE ROLE

Join IndiaFilings and build your career in business services sales. You will work with customers and business owners, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right GST, Taxation, Trademark & Compliance services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of GST, Taxation and Trademark services.
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
