Role Summary :
Support Voice and Video platforms to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Voice and Video service platforms.
- Handle incidents affecting voice, SIP, video, and collaboration services.
- Participate in troubleshooting and service restoration activities.
- Analyze service-impacting events and escalations.
- Support maintenance and implementation activities.
- Maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Support 24x7 NOC operations.
Skills
- SIP, VoIP, Unified Communication concepts.
- Voice/Video troubleshooting.
- NOC monitoring tools.
- Incident management process knowledge.
KPIs
