About the Role:

We are looking for a conceptual Copy Supervisor with 6+ years of agency experience to join a quick-paced creative team. You will lead the charge on big integrated campaigns, shape brand voices, and create work that connects with people and culture. You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring junior copywriters and contributing to high-stakes creative pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and write compelling copy for digital, social, and multi-platform integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Art, Strategy, and Account teams to develop breakthrough creative solutions.
- Mentor, guide, and review the output of junior and mid-level copywriters to ensure top-notch creative standards.
- Contribute proactively to major client pitches and award-focused creative work.
- Translate cultural insights, social trends, and emerging technologies into fresh creative ideas.

What We're Looking For:





- 6+ years of overall copywriting experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on creative experience in an advertising/marketing agency.
- Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional storytelling abilities.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating integrated, digital, and campaign-level creative work.
- Prior experience leading, guiding, or mentoring creative team members.

Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
