- Tendering & Procurement Management: Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), float tender inquiries, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and specifications, and collect vendor quotations.
- Commercial & Technical Evaluations: Conduct techno-commercial bid comparisons, align quotes on a common platform, evaluate supplier reliability, and present recommendation notes to the pricing/management committee.
- Contract Administration & Finalization: Draft, review, and finalize work orders and contracts (including general and special terms), track contract values, and manage change orders or variation claims.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms, monitor vendor performance/compliance, and coordinate with internal design, project execution, finance, and legal teams.
- Cost Control & Value Engineering: Support budget planning, track project cash flows, benchmark package costs, and propose cost-saving alternative solutions without compromising quality or safety.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline).
- Experience: Typically 4 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in MEP procurement, estimation, execution, or contract management within real estate, infrastructure, or commercial construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid familiarity with MEP systems (chillers, VRF/VRV, HT/LT electrical panels, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS), industry standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, NFPA), and procurement tools/ERP systems.

Experience: 10 to 15 years.
