Role & responsibilities

- Contract Finalization & Administration

- Drafting and finalization of material + labour and labour-only contracts.

- Defining scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms & conditions.

- Contractor evaluation and comparative statement preparation.

- Issuing LOIs, work orders, and contract agreements.

- Managing contract amendments, deviations, and variation orders.

- Contract closure and reconciliation.

- Billing & Cost Control

- Verification of RA (Running Account) bills, pre-final and final bills.

- Preparation and validation of deviation statements

Preferred candidate profile

- Contracts Engineer with over 4+ years of expertise in real estate construction projects (Residential).

- Skilled in contract finalization, contractor evaluation, billing verification, rate analysis, budgeting, and project cost control.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from tender stage to contract closure while ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.
