Key Responsibilities

- Hunt & Acquire: Identify, target, and convert corporate clients needing contractual and multilingual manpower for project-based, short-term, or long-term requirements.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline: Build a robust B2B pipeline using cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research across HR, Procurement, and Business Heads.

- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare high-impact staffing proposals, navigate commercial discussions, and close contracts within company guidelines.

- Resource Deployment: Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate deployment at client sites.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships to secure repeat mandates, manage account retention, and drive ongoing revenue growth.





- Track & Achieve: Maintain CRM/MIS reporting for closures, deployments, and revenue goals to consistently hit business targets.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core experience in contractual staffing / manpower outsourcing with a track record of acquiring corporate clients and closing staffing contracts.
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- Mindset: A true business hunter who takes full ownership from lead discovery to resource deployment.
- Core Skills: B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Staffing Commercial Negotiation, Multilingual Staffing Domain Knowledge, and CRM Management.
