Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, creativity in menu preparation, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present continental dishes according to standard recipes.
- Ensure taste, quality, and portion control consistency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Assist in menu planning and introduce new continental items.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for purchasing.
- Minimize wastage and maintain proper cost control.




- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Continental Chef.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, plating, and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food costing and inventory control is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with positive communication skills.
