Role Overview

Altruist Group is looking for two creative, detail-oriented Content Writers to develop engaging and consistent content for LinkedIn, company websites, and other digital and corporate communication formats. The selected candidates will support the communication and marketing needs of 4-5 Altruist Group companies, adapting content to each companys brand, audience, business priorities, and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities

- Write clear, engaging LinkedIn posts for company pages and, where required, leadership profiles.
- Create and update website content, including company profiles, service pages, business updates, and announcements.
- Develop content for digital campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, employee communications, and other formats.
- Understand the business offerings and audiences of 4-5 Altruist Group companies and tailor content accordingly.
- Work with business heads, marketing colleagues, HR teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
- Research relevant industry topics, trends, and competitor communication to generate useful content ideas.
- Proofread and edit drafts for grammar, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Maintain a content calendar, manage deadlines, and coordinate revisions and approvals.
- Collaborate with designers and digital marketing colleagues to ensure content works effectively with creative assets.
- Repurpose long-form material into shorter posts, website copy, captions, and other platform-appropriate formats.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write concise, audience-focused content in a professional and engaging tone.
- Willingness to learn different businesses,



industries, and brand voices.
- Good research skills, attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling content requirements for several companies simultaneously.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms; willingness to learn content and publishing tools.

Experience and Qualifications Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, digital marketing, communications, or a related field may apply. A degree or diploma in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a robust writing portfolio or relevant samples are encouraged to apply.

- Adherence to the approved content calendar and publishing deadlines.

- Responsiveness to feedback and coordination with internal stakeholders.
