About The Client

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans. About The Job:

- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop explicit, accurate, and engaging storyboards that support internal operations, training, and process optimization content for the Operations Vertical.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business operations, an ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly content, and a passion for clarity and consistency.
- Having insurance knowledge is a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with the designing team to align content with business goals and target audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Performance Indicators / Skills & Competencies:
- Develop high-quality content (long and short form) for training the operations workforce.
- Create engaging scripts and storyboards for animated videos, chatbots, and interactive content.
- Copywriting for creating mailers, banners, and other internal promotional content.
- Research industry trends and competitors to ensure content is relevant and up to date.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Qualifications:

Qualification Requirements

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Media, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Training Content, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and content promotion is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Life Insurance / Finance products and industry terminology is a plus.
- Excellent writing,



editing, and proofreading skills.

Relevant Work Experience Required:
- Proven experience in content creation (5-7 years).

Language Proficiency:
- Hindi and English.

Additional Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership capabilities, and time management skills.
