Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and institutional branding. The candidate will create content that promotes our courses, admissions, student achievements, campus activities, and institutional initiatives across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have solid writing and creative skills, understand social media trends, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve content quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, headlines, scripts, and promotional messages for courses and admission campaigns.
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and student testimonials.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create educational, promotional, and brand-building content for the institution.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to the target audience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce engaging content.
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, improve writing, research topics, and support content production.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, enquiries, and admissions.
- Review content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.




- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.
- Ensure all content is original, relevant, and aligned with institutional branding.

Required Skills

- Excellent written communication and creative writing skills.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to write engaging captions, promotional copy, video scripts, and educational content.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered content creation tools.
- Creativity, research skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or samples of previous content work are preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, graphic design, or video editing.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
- Experience creating content for educational institutions, training centres, or service-based businesses.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
