Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated women's healthcare startup based in Noida. Our flagship product, FertiGen, is a non-hormonal fertility support product currently in clinical trials, supported by 90+ doctor partners.

Role Overview The Sales Team Lead will oversee digital sales, telecalling, and field sales operations, drive team target achievement, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales and telecalling teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage inbound leads from WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, Instagram, and website inquiries.
- Oversee lead qualification, follow-ups, teleconsultation bookings, and sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and timely follow-ups.
- Visit hospitals and meet doctors to build and maintain referral relationships.
- Interact with patients, explain the product offering appropriately, address concerns, and support conversions.
- Drive sales closures, repeat purchases, and patient retention.




- Review team performance, provide coaching, and share regular sales reports with management.
- Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

- 24 years of experience in healthcare sales, inside sales, digital sales, or lead conversion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, and lead follow-ups.
- Solid communication, negotiation, team management, and sales closure skills.
- Professional personality with the ability to engage confidently with doctors and patients.
- Comfortable with hospital visits and field sales activities.
- Fluent in Hindi with conversational English.
