Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lateral and volume recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Understand manpower requirements from Plant Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, recruitment drives, walk-ins and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary HR discussions and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely completion of interview assessments and selection approvals.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, pre-joining engagement and joining formalities.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions across manufacturing functions.
- Handle recruitment for Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, R&D;, PPIC, Supply Chain and support functions.
