Construction Helper

Location: Dubai / Sharjah, UAE

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

Job Type: Full time, site-based

Industry: Building & Civil Construction

Support skilled tradespeople and foremen on construction sites with material handling, site preparation and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and steel fixers
- Load, unload and carry materials and tools
- Help prepare mortar and concrete
- Support blockwork, plastering and digging under supervision
- Keep the site clean and dispose of waste properly
- Follow supervisor instructions, wear PPE and report unsafe conditions

Candidate Profile

- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Hardworking, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Site or general labour experience preferred but not required
- Basic Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi or English helpful
- No formal education required
