Designation- Consultant

Job Location - Bengaluru

Qualification - Graduate/Post graduate degree; any degree or Graduate in PR, Marketing, Hospitality management or related field is preferred.

Experience - Prior exposure to events/hospitality, especially client facing and hosting is a must. 4-5 years in event management role.

Responsibilities

- Understand the requirement of each client visit
- Budgeting and approvals
- Plan event with attention to budget and time constraints
- Book venues and schedule speakers
- Coordinate with various stakeholders both internal and external
- Vendor Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage event operations (venue, F&B;, transport etc.)
- Dry run and readiness check
- Final checks on the day of the event




- Oversee the event end to end and proactively handle any issues
- Evaluate event's success and report summary
- Visits Logistics
- Open to travel to other cities like Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.

Required and Preferred Skills

- Event Management experience
- Written and verbal fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple visits.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong networking skills and ability to get the work done from internal and external stakeholders.
