Overview:

Lead and oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of Compression Platform structural fabrication activities from yard fabrication through load-out. Ensure fabrication is delivered safely, on schedule, to quality standards, and in compliance with engineering requirements and industry standards. Solid interface management between Company and Contractor teams is critical for successful execution.

Responsibilities

Project & Construction Management

- Lead execution of Compression Platform structural fabrication activities.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Performance.
- Develop and oversee fabrication plans and execution strategies.

Contractor & Site Supervision
- Supervise and manage Contractors/Subcontractors performing structural fabrication work.
- Ensure fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities comply with:
- Contract requirements




- Project documentation
- International standards

Technical Oversight
- Review constructability and verify compliance with technical requirements in engineering deliverables.
- Review deviations from QatarEnergy LNG construction standards and provide recommendations.
- Monitor fabrication quality and progress, identifying issues and driving corrective actions.

Stakeholder & Interface Management
- Maintain close coordination between Company, Contractor, and Subcontractor teams.
- Resolve execution issues, technical concerns, and fabrication challenges.
- Participate in risk assessments, kick-off meetings, technical reviews, and pre-job meetings.

Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to Lessons Learned and continuous improvement initiatives (REX).
