As we expand our aesthetic services vertical, we are looking for a driven and experienced Aesthetic Consultant to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Consultant – Aesthetic Procedures who will be responsible for conducting in-depth client consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans, and performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate must thrive in a target-driven environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals, client conversion targets, and retention KPIs.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Procedural

- Conduct thorough skin and aesthetic assessments for walk-in and referred clients.
- Recommend and design customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, skin type, and desired outcomes.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including, but not limited to:
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy
- Mesotherapy & Microneedling
- Chemical Peels & Skin Resurfacing
- HydraFacial & Advanced Facials
- Botox & Dermal Fillers (if medically qualified)
- Laser Skin Treatments & Hair Reduction
- Body Contouring & Skin Tightening
- Cupping Therapy integration for holistic wellness (training provided if needed)
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety,



and clinical protocols during all procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Consultation & Client Management

- Deliver compelling, empathetic, and professional consultations that build trust and confidence.
- Educate clients on treatment benefits, expected outcomes, post-care protocols, and package options.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

Target-Driven Performance

- Work within a target-based framework, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Drive consultation-to-procedure conversion rates through effective communication and upselling.
- Promote treatment packages, membership plans, and seasonal offers to maximize client lifetime value.
- Track and report individual KPIs including consultation volume, conversion rate, average ticket size, and client retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and front-desk teams to optimize lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceCriteriaDetails Education - BAMS,BSMS,BUMS, BNYS, / Diploma in Cosmetology / Certified Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner or equivalent recognized qualification





Experience - Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and clinical consultations

Target Experience - Proven experience working in target-based / KPI-driven environments such as aesthetic chains, dermatology clinics, med-spas, or wellness centres.

Certifications - Valid certifications in relevant aesthetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, Laser, PRP, etc.) – preferred

Licensing- Valid medical / cosmetology license to practice in Tamil Nadu

- ✅ Proficiency in using clinic management software / CRM tools
- ✅ Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus)
- ✅ Professional grooming and a polished personal presentation

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week (rotational weekly off)
- Clinic hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (shift-based)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
