Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution &

- Supervision

- Oversee day-to-day execution of civil construction and interior fit-out works.

- Supervise civil works, masonry, flooring, false ceilings, carpentry, painting, glazing, and finishing activities.

- Coordinate MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting works.

- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Planning &

- Coordination

- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and monitor project progress.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

- Manage multiple subcontractors and ensure smooth sequencing of activities.

- Identify potential delays and take corrective action to maintain project timelines.

3.

Quality

Control &

- Site Management

- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and finishing standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality checklists.

- Ensure proper site housekeeping, material storage, and safety compliance.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.

4. Material &

- Cost Management

- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and deliveries.

- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

- Verify work measurements, contractor bills, and quantities executed on-site.

- Assist in BOQ verification, cost tracking, and budget control.

5. Reporting &

- Documentation

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), labour attendance, and material records.





- Submit regular site progress updates with photographs.

- Track pending works, site issues, approvals, and project milestones.

- Coordinate snag-list closure and final project handover.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction and interior fit-out execution.

- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, modular furniture, and interior detailing.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings.

- Valuable understanding of construction materials, workmanship, and execution methodologies.

- Knowledge of site measurements, BOQs, contractor billing, and material reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently manage site operations and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in turnkey interior fit-out and commercial construction projects.

- Hands-on experience managing contractors, labour teams, and multiple agencies.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly in finishing quality.

- Willingness to travel to project sites across Punjab and Delhi NCR as required.

- Ability to take ownership of site execution from mobilization through final handover.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
