- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, share product details, and follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation and pending payments, as required.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
