Job Summary

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to manage and monitor statutory and labour law compliances across our offices and client locations throughout India. The candidate will ensure timely filings, payments, renewals, and maintenance of statutory records in accordance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage labour law and statutory compliances across multiple states in India.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, minimum wages, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Shops and Establishments laws, contract labour regulations, and other applicable employment laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, employee records, licences, returns, challans, and compliance documentation.
- Track statutory deadlines, licence renewals, and state-wise changes in labour laws.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, clients, consultants,



and government authorities.
- Support statutory inspections, client audits, and resolution of compliance-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain state-wise compliance trackers and periodic reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Law, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in statutory or labour law compliance.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, minimum wages, and other applicable labour laws.
- Positive Excel, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and manage compliance requirements across multiple states.
- Experience in staffing, payroll, or HR services will be an advantage.
