Role Overview

GreenGrowth CPAs is building a network of experienced Complex Accounting Contractors available to support technical accounting and complex accounting engagements on a temporary, hourly basis. Engagement opportunities may vary throughout the year based on client needs, project requirements, and seasonal workload demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with technical accounting research and analysis.
- Support complex accounting projects involving US GAAP application and implementation.
- Prepare accounting memorandums and technical documentation.
- Assist with business combinations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock compensation, and other complex accounting matters.
- Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders.




- Adapt effectively to a remote and fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of public accounting or equivalent technical accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience with local, regional, or Big 4 accounting firms.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Experience working with multinational organizations.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple assignments in a virtual workplace.

Contractor Terms

- This position is temporary and project-based.
- Contractors will be engaged on an hourly basis.
- Work availability will vary based on client demand and seasonal workload.
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations.
- No employee benefits will be provided
