1. Job Purpose

The Community Mobilizer is responsible for creating awareness about skill development programs, mobilizing eligible candidates from local communities, facilitating candidate registration and enrollment, and supporting candidates throughout the training and placement process.
1. Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Community Outreach and Mobilization

- Conduct field visits to villages, urban communities, colleges, ITIs, schools, and other educational institutions.
- Create awareness about skill development courses, training opportunities, and employment prospects.
- Organize community meetings, awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and enrollment camps.
- Build relationships with local leaders, community representatives, NGOs, educational institutions, and government departments.

B. Candidate Identification and Enrollment

- Identify and mobilize eligible youth, including unemployed candidates and school or college dropouts, as per project guidelines.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, duration, perks, and placement opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Assist candidates with registration, documentation, verification, and enrollment.
- Ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria and submit accurate information.

C. Coordination with Training Centers

- Coordinate with the training center and project team to ensure timely batch formation and commencement of training.
- Follow up with enrolled candidates to ensure they attend training regularly.
- Identify reasons for absenteeism and dropout risks and support corrective action.
- Communicate candidate feedback, field challenges,



and mobilization progress to the reporting manager.

D. Candidate Counseling and Retention

- Counsel candidates regarding career opportunities, skill development, workplace readiness, and the importance of completing training.
- Motivate candidates to complete their courses and participate in assessments.
- Support candidates in understanding employment opportunities and available placement assistance.

E. Placement and Post-Training Support

- Coordinate with the placement team to facilitate interviews, job fairs, and employer interactions.
- Encourage trained candidates to participate in placement activities.
- Follow up with placed candidates, where required, to monitor joining and employment retention.

F. Reporting and Documentation

- Maintain daily field visit reports, candidate leads, mobilization records, enrollment data, and follow-up reports.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective, registered, and enrolled candidates.
- Achieve assigned mobilization and enrollment targets within the prescribed timelines.
- Submit regular progress reports and supporting documentation to the reporting manager.

1. Educational Qualification

- Minimum: 12th Pass; graduation is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in community mobilization, field operations, education, social work, or skill development will be preferred.

1. Required Skills and Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in the local language; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is preferred for Maharashtra locations.




- Ability to conduct field visits and interact with diverse communities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and online registration portals.
- Strong convincing, counseling, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of community outreach activities and field visits completed.
- Number of prospective candidates identified and counseled.
- Number of eligible candidates registered and enrolled.
- Achievement of monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Candidate attendance, retention, and training completion rates.
- Quality and accuracy of candidate documentation.
- Contribution to placement participation and post-training follow-up.
- Timely submission of reports and maintenance of records.

1. Working Conditions

- The role involves extensive fieldwork and regular travel within the assigned area.
- The Community Mobilizer must coordinate with candidates, educational institutions, community stakeholders, training centers, and the project team.
- Working hours and travel requirements will be as per organizational and project guidelines.

1. Expected Outcome

To ensure effective community outreach, successful mobilization and enrollment of eligible candidates, improved training participation and completion, and increased access to employment opportunities through skill development programs. Note: The candidate must be willing to work in the field and achieve the mobilization and enrollment targets assigned by the organization.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
