Role Summary The Community Mobilizer is the project's primary link with the community, creating awareness, mobilising beneficiaries and ensuring participation in services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct visits, community meetings and awareness sessions.
- Identify and mobilise eligible beneficiaries for screening and services.
- Support the organisation of camps and ensure beneficiary turnout.
- Follow up with referred beneficiaries to ensure completion of care.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, mobilisation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with local volunteers, community leaders and health workers.
- Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications and Skills

- BSW / MSW or graduate in a relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in community mobilisation or outreach.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in local languages (Marathi and Hindi); basic data-recording skills.
- Personal bike is mandatory.
- Mumbai residence is mandatory.
