ROLE OVERVIEW- The Community Manager will manage prospective clients, convert leads into confirmed interior design projects, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure effective work allocation and timely follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

Lead Management & Conversion: Handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, arrange meetings and site visits, coordinate quotations, and convert leads into confirmed projects.

Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, maintain regular communication, and build long-term client relationships.

Work Allocation: Assign leads and tasks to the relevant sales, design, and project teams and monitor progress.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate between clients, designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Reporting & Tracking: Maintain lead trackers, conversion reports, pending follow-ups,



and project status updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS -

1.4–5 years of relevant experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry.

2.Proven ability to convert leads into business.

3.Solid client handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and lead management tools.

KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

1.Improved lead conversion and confirmed project generation.

2.Timely follow-ups and effective client management.

- Proper work allocation and coordination across teams.

4.Accurate reporting and timely updates to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
