The network reaches hundreds of thousands of monthly website visitors and millions of users across social media, including a large and active WhatsApp community. StartupNews.fyi collaborates with founders, investors, brands, event organizers, and ecosystem partners on media promotions, press releases, content partnerships, event collaborations, and strategic outreach campaigns. The platform aims to help audiences stay informed, connected, and up to date with the latest startup and technology news in a fast and accessible format.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Community

Manager will oversee and grow the StartupNews.fyi community across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website by engaging with audiences, moderating discussions, and responding to queries and feedback. The role includes planning and executing community engagement initiatives, coordinating with founders, investors, and partners for collaborations,



and supporting media promotions and outreach campaigns.

The Community

Manager will help curate and distribute content, organize and promote events, and track community metrics to improve engagement and retention. The position also involves working closely with the editorial and partnerships teams to align community activities with broader brand and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills, with experience managing online communities or social media audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and similar channels) and basic content distribution practices.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with founders, investors, partners, and community members.
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing events, collaborations, and outreach campaigns.
- Interest in startups, technology, innovation, and business news; prior experience in media, communications, or a startup ecosystem is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate in a quick-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
