About the Role

We are looking for a agile, multi-talented Communications Executive to join the Screenista team. If you have a knack for social media, an eye for basic graphic design, and a flair for video editing, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. We are not looking for a master of one, but a passionate all-rounder. You bring the baseline skills and the hunger to learn, and our marketing team will mentor, train, and polish you into an industry expert.

What You Will Do

- Social Media Management: Assist in planning, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms to support our AdTech campaigns and build brand presence.
- Graphic Design: Create basic, eye-catching visual assets for social media posts, internal communications, and digital screens using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Video Editing: Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, campaign teasers) using mobile apps or standard editing software.
- Shooting Content: Shooting at our client locations.



Proper training for that would be given in house.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing and communications leadership to execute Intelligent Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns, learning on the job and expanding your technical skill set.

What We Are Looking For

- Baseline Creative Skills: A fundamental working knowledge of both graphic design and video editing. A portfolio or sample of your previous work (including personal projects or college assignments) is highly encouraged.
- Digital Fluency: Active familiarity with current social media trends, platform formats, and what drives digital engagement.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication abilities to articulate ideas and draft crisp, effective copy.
