Job Summary

Ramada By Wyndham ,Alleppey is looking for skilled and motivated Commis Chefs to join our culinary team in the Continental, Indian, South Indian, and Butchery sections. The ideal candidates should have a passion for cooking, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen section.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food items.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and work effectively as part of the kitchen team.





Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
