We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality food and an excellent guest experience.

Locations: Vashi, Kurla, Churchgate, Lower Parle

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team in daily operations.
- Monitor stock, maintain proper food storage, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a professional restaurant,



bar, or hotel kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
