Job Title: Commis 1 – Indian, Tandoor & Continental

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Commis 1 with experience in Indian, Tandoor and Continental cuisines. The candidate should be able to prepare dishes as per the menu and maintain food quality, taste, presentation and hygiene standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare Indian, Tandoor and Continental dishes as per the menu and standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
- Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations, mise en place and food preparation.
- Monitor food stock, minimise wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow portion control and maintain consistency in food quality.




- Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Indian, Tandoor and Continental cuisine.
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Teamwork, discipline and a positive attitude.
