Job Summary

Responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, taste consistency, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Indian curries, gravies, dals, vegetables, rice, breads, and other traditional dishes.

- Complete daily mise en place, including cutting, marination, spice preparation, and ingredient portioning.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation guidelines.

- Ensure freshness and quality of raw materials and maintain proper storage practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

- Follow FIFO, food safety, and temperature control procedures.

- Minimize food wastage and assist with stock checking and inventory management.





- Coordinate with senior chefs to ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Indian kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.

- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, regional gravies, masalas, and cooking techniques.

- Ability to manage kitchen preparation and service efficiently.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

- Hotel management or culinary qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
