Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Executive to lease out our commercial properties, including shops, office spaces, and buildings. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with property brokers, conducting site visits, and closing leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential tenants for commercial properties.
- Generate leads through property brokers, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property dealers, and corporate clients.
- Arrange property visits and explain rental terms and property details to prospective tenants.




- Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals.
- Coordinate lease documentation and agreement formalities.
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closed deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, commercial leasing, or property consultancy.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram commercial real estate market is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
