Key Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase coordination, vendor negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms.

- Review product costing, cost variations, and profitability to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Stores, and Production teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.

- Manage customer quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.

- Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, outstanding receivables, and obsolete stock.

- Oversee logistics costs, dispatch documentation, and commercial compliance.

- Prepare commercial MIS reports, analyze business performance, and present insights to management.

- Ensure compliance with GST documentation, invoicing, internal controls, and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Robust knowledge of manufacturing commercial operations, costing, and pricing.

- Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.

- Good understanding of inventory control and working capital management.

- Knowledge of GST, commercial documentation, and ERP systems such as SAP.

- Advanced Excel, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
