We are looking for experienced College Admission Counsellors who have hands-on experience in student admissions, particularly in undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and higher education programs.

The ideal candidate should have a background in education counselling, college admissions, or academic counselling, with a proven ability to guide students and parents through the complete admission process and achieve admission targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding UG, PG, and other higher education programs.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and documentation requirements.
- Convert student enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely admission decisions.
- Manage admission forms, student records, documentation, and database updates.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for a smooth admission process.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update counselling status in the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents while providing accurate admission guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in college admissions, education counselling, or academic admissions.
- Prior experience handling UG/PG admissions or admissions in schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions.
- Solid communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle admission targets and convert leads into admissions.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and student relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and record management.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates whose primary responsibility in previous roles was student admissions and who have successfully converted enquiries into confirmed admissions. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
