Role & responsibilities
- Manage collection and recovery of NPA and overdue loan accounts.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer issues related to loan repayment.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Track delinquent accounts and maintain recovery records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve recovery performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 18 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, NPA Collections, or BFSI.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in field collections and customer handling.
- Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
