Role & responsibilities
- Manage field collection and recovery of overdue and bad debt accounts.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI and loan repayments.
- Conduct customer visits and negotiate repayment plans.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain collection records and recovery reports.
- Coordinate with branch and internal teams for effective debt management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, BFSI, or Field Operations.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Ability to achieve recovery targets and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
