Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.

- Promote and sell vehicle loan products to eligible customers.

- Conduct field visits for business sourcing and customer engagement.

- Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.

- Manage collection and recovery of overdue accounts.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

- Coordinate with branch teams for business and recovery activities.

- Maintain daily activity reports and customer records.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate.

- Freshers or candidates with 0-6 months of experience in Sales, Collection, BFSI, or Field Operations.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to work in field sales and collection activities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
