Job Details

- Position: Collection Executive

- Banking Process
- Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
- Salary: 22,700 CTC per month
- In-Hand Salary: 16,900 per month

- Shift: Rotational
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory for freshers who are not DRA certified.
- DRA-certified candidates can apply without graduation.
- V4 communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan EMIs.
- Remind customers about pending payments.
- Explain repayment details and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Ensure skilled communication with customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
