Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC Turning and VTL machines.
2. Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Fanuc and Siemens controls.
3. Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters.
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
5. Perform tool setting, workpiece alignment, and job setting.
6. Carry out first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
7. Troubleshoot machining, programming, and dimensional issues.
8. Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy.
9. Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
10. Perform routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
