Role Purpose
Responsible for operate coating equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Operate coating equipment
- monitor coating application, thickness, surface appearance, temperature, speed and pressure
- identify coating defects
- manage coating materials
- support changeovers
- coordinate with Quality and Maintenance
- maintain records and chemical-handling safety.
Qualification
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or relevant discipline.
Experience
26 years relevant experience preferred, ideally in steel/process industry for plant roles.

Work Environment
Continuous-process steel plant setting; rotational shift working; strict adherence to safety, quality, 5S and operating procedures is required.
