RBK Precision is a precision machining company in the Bommasandra industrial area. We make high-accuracy components and spares from stainless steel, copper, aluminium and castings for industrial equipment manufacturers. We are growing and are looking for skilled CNC Turning and VMC Operators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turning centres and VMC machines to produce components as per drawing
- Load and unload jobs, set tools and work offsets, and run programs safely
- Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T; basics
- Check components using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge and thread gauges
- Carry out first-piece inspection and maintain inspection records
- Make minor program edits and offset corrections to hold dimensions
- Follow 5S, safety rules and daily machine maintenance checklists
- Report tool wear, machine problems and quality issues to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

- ITI (Machinist / Turner / Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering




- 1–2 years of experience operating CNC lathes and/or VMCs. Freshers with good ITI training may also apply.
- Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controls preferred
- Experience machining stainless steel (SS 304/304L), copper and aluminium is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic setting and G & M codes is an added advantage
- Responsible, punctual and quality-focused
