Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Program CNC machines using computer-aided manufacturing software for effective production.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 2-18 years of experience in operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment.
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
