- Machine Knowledge: Understand CNC turning machines, CNC lathe machines, and basic machine functions.

- Engineering Drawing: Read basic engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and symbols.

- Measuring Instruments: Use vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

- Tool Knowledge: Identify cutting tools, inserts, drills, boring tools, and tool holders.

- Machine Operation: Know machine start-up, shutdown, cycle start, feed hold, and emergency stop.

- Component Loading: Load and unload components correctly and safely.

- Quality Inspection: Check component dimensions according to the inspection plan.

- Coolant and Lubrication: Check coolant levels, lubrication, and machine oil levels.

- Safety Knowledge: Follow machine safety procedures and use required PPE.

- Production Knowledge: Meet production targets without compromising component quality.
