- Load raw materials, position work pieces, and ensure tools and checks are aligned properly.
- Operation & Monitoring: Start machine cycles, observe feed rates and speeds, and watch for unusual vibrations, errors, or tool wear.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check against blueprints.
- Adjustments & Maintenance: Change worn tool inserts, adjust program offsets, transparent chips, and perform routine cleaning or lubrication.
- Safety & Documentation: Follow workshop safety rules, keep the area clean, and log production numbers or maintenance logs.
Pay: ₹12,780.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
