Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Location: Hansakhedi Indore

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, ensure accurate production, and maintain quality standards as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production drawings and instructions.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper machine setup.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain production quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic measurements.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Identify machine abnormalities and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.




- Drawing preparation as per requirment
- Achieve daily production targets while ensuring quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade preferred.
- Experience in operating CNC machines in a manufacturing workplace.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team.
