Job Overview: Info: Client looking for an experienced CMDB Developer (ServiceNow ITOM) to join our growing team! If youre passionate about building scalable CMDB architectures, optimizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, and ensuring high-quality data management, this prospect is for you.

Required Skills &

Experience: Must Have: 4–7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Suite.

Must Have: Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server configurations.

Must Have: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, and applications).

Must Have: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript,



and data transformation techniques.

Must Have: Experience with CI Class Models, IRE, and Normalization.

Must Have: Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Configuration & Change Management).

Must Have: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and orchestration tools.

Must Have: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Must Have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred).

Nice to Have: Good to Have: Cloud discovery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP integrations).

Good to Have: Exposure to Event Management or AIOps.

Good to Have: Knowledge of CMDB Health Dashboard and KPI tracking.

Good to Have: Hands-on with iHUB spoke (Azure DevOps Boards), UI Builder, Employee Center site setup, Catalog creation, and Flow Designer/Workflow Studio development.
