Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage hiring for the cluster within the required TAT
- Effective onboarding
- Manage employee relations across multiple locations within a cluster, ensuring effective grievance handling and redressal.
- Collaborate with regional management teams to drive business partnering initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in HRBP role or similar position in Retail
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
