Job Summary
We are looking for an AWS Cloud Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS security, cloud infrastructure protection, network security, and DevSecOps. The candidate will be responsible for securing AWS environments, implementing security controls, monitoring threats, and supporting customer security engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AWS security services, including IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
- Manage AWS networking security, including VPC, AWS Network Firewall, AWS WAF, Security Groups, and NACLs.
- Implement IAM best practices, least-privilege access, MFA, and cross-account security.
- Conduct cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and security remediation.
- Implement CSPM, Zero Trust, and security monitoring practices.
- Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines and implement DevSecOps practices.
- Secure Kubernetes, Docker containers,
and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Support compliance assessments, AWS Well-Architected reviews, customer workshops, and pre-sales activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on AWS Security and IAM.
- AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
- AWS Network Firewall, AWS WAF, and VPC security.
- Cloud Security, CSPM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- DevSecOps, CI/CD security, Terraform, and Kubernetes security.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark.
- Scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.
Positive to Have
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
- Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or Wazuh.
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and customer-facing security consulting.
