Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator with solid expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS to manage, monitor, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud operations, infrastructure administration, troubleshooting, automation, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud services.
- Monitor cloud environments for availability, performance, capacity, and security.
- Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Entra ID, and Azure Monitor.
- Manage AWS EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, and related services.
- Implement cloud security policies, identity and access management, role-based access control, and compliance practices.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability configurations.
- Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or cloud-native automation tools.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs through monitoring, rightsizing, and resource governance.
- Manage patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and IT operations teams to support business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in cloud administration,



infrastructure management, or system administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, VPN, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with IAM, access policies, encryption, security monitoring, and compliance.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
