- Qualification and Experience: Masters degree in a relevant medical, healthcare, or life sciences field, with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

- Professional Competence: Strong professional presence, confidence, and maturity.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Coordination and Documentation: Robust coordination, follow-up, reporting, and documentation skills.

- Project Management: Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables.

- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable communicating and coordinating with doctors, hospitals, clinical teams, CROs, vendors, and other external stakeholders through calls, emails, and other professional channels.





- Travel Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively for domestic and international assignments.

- Ownership and Accountability: Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and responsibility for assigned tasks.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different projects, locations, and responsibilities within the Product Development function.

- Role Flexibility: Candidates should be willing to handle diverse project-related activities and take up additional responsibilities as required.
