We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will provide psychological assessments, counselling, and emotional support to patients dealing with stress, anxiety, confidence issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and individual counselling sessions.
- Help patients manage stress, anxiety, and emotional concerns.
- Provide support for relationship difficulties and confidence-related issues.
- Use appropriate psychological and behavioural interventions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
- Maintain confidential patient records and counselling notes.
- Educate patients about mental health and emotional well-being.
- Follow professional ethics and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recognised qualifications in Clinical Psychology.
- Valid professional registration and credentials as required by applicable regulations.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- An empathetic, patient-focused, and non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in psychological counselling and assessment.
- Knowledge of behavioural interventions and stress management.
- Experience working in a healthcare or multidisciplinary clinical setting.
Compensation ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
